DESCRIPTION
Our Movement and Music class is a gentle, slow paced dance therapy program designed to support people living with age related health challenges including memory support needs and mobility limitations. Activities are thoughtfully adapted so everyone can participate at their own pace. Guided by an experienced dance therapist, simple rhythm and movement are used to encourage expression, connection and confidence. ✔ Carers and support workers attend free ✔ Gentle therapeutic dance movements ✔ Free trial with no obligation ✔ Door to door bus service available* ✔ Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REFUNDS AND CREDITS - Class fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. - Credits may be issued at the discretion of Sandybeach Centre management. - Any approved credit must be used within the same calendar year in which it is issued. - Credits can be used towards eligible Sandybeach Centre classes, programs, workshops or events within the same calendar year. - Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONSENT By attending our programs or events, you consent to photographs and/or videos being taken and used by Sandybeach Centre for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media and marketing materials. SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS By registering for a program or event, you consent to receiving SMS and email communications from Sandybeach Centre relating to your booking and other relevant programs, events and updates.
