Cleaner and Facilities Support Role (Casual)
(Mon-Fri hours)
​
An exciting new casual opportunity exists for a flexible and reliable person to work up to approximately 20 hours per week at our Sandybeach Centre.
​
You will work with the Facilities Co-ordinator and Facilities Supervisor to undertake all the cleaning and facilities jobs as required in a timely and professional manner.
​
Some but not all of your duties will be as follows:
​
Cleaning

Ensure COVID safe cleaning requirements are followed and completed

Ensure rooms are presented in a professional, clean, tidy and safe manner

Ensure the facility is cleaned to a high standard and in adherence to compliance requirements
Facilities
-
Set up rooms to meet the needs of the programs in a timely and professional manner

Assist with facilities jobs such as minor maintenance and repairs as required
You will be experienced in office cleaning and have some maintenance and repairs experience. Your flexibility and strong communication skills are vital for this role. You must have a current Police Check, Working with Children Check and DWES.

Casual STEP Tutor Role - Community Access
​
An exciting and rewarding Tutor position for 2.5 hours per week on Thursday mornings exists at Sandybeach Centre.
We are looking for someone who connects with people with a disability, is reliable, flexible in their teaching approach and will provide a program that will engage the participants.
The aim of this program is to enhance participants’ access and participation in the wider community.
You will be working as a member of the STEP team.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Program development and delivery of a Pre accredited ACFE program

Network connections in the community
-
Attendance of Team meetings and training as required
Extensive knowledge of Employability skills and relevant teaching experience or a TAE qualification is also required.
