Young At Heart

Young At Heart

Young at Heart is a friendly and supportive social group that meets weekly to connect through reminiscence, discussion and stimulating activities. Sharing ideas, humour and life experiences, we find meaning together where everyone’s point of view is respected and encouraged.

During the year we also take part in intergenerational activities as the opportunity arises.

Morning tea is included.
