Strength Training Program Leader for older adults

We’re seeking a friendly and reliable Program Leader to deliver a new weekly Strength & Balance program for older adults (65+).

The role includes leading a one-hour exercise session followed by a light social lunch that supports wellbeing, connection and independence.

Dates: Monday 13 Apr - 22 June (dependent on numbers)

Time: 10.45am - 1.45pm

Hours: 3 hours/week
