Skills for Life for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities
Our Skills for Life program is designed to assist participants to develop the confidence and skills to thrive more independently in daily life. Through engaging games, community outings and practical activities, participants will improve literacy, numeracy and everyday life skills.
Weekly activities focus on:
- Communication skills
- Coping strategies
- Exercise and nutrition
- Everyday digital skills
- Healthy hobbies
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Meal planning and preparation
- Self-management

Term 1 | Monday, 19 January to 30 March | $550
Term 2 | Monday, 20 April to 22 June | $550
Term 3 | Monday, 13 July to 14 September | $550
Term 4 | Monday, 5 October to 11 December | $550
Please note: There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.
Time: 9.30am to 3pm

You're welcome to join at any time during the term and we’re happy to offer free trial classes, just ask! Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis. There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.
