Movement and Music for Seniors
Enjoy gentle movement and music in this supportive class for seniors in Sandringham, Bayside Melbourne. Designed for those with mobility or memory support needs, this program uses rhythm and movement to build confidence, connection and wellbeing.

- People living with memory changes, including dementia

- CHSP participants and seniors living independently in the community
- Carers and support workers (welcome to attend alongside participants)

Term 2 | Wednesday, 15 April to 24 June | $222.20, $167.20 subsidised*

Term 4 | Wednesday, 30 September to 9 December | $XXX, $XXX subsidised*

You're welcome to join at any time during the term and we’re happy to offer free trial classes, just ask! *Concession-subsidised pricing is available for clients referred by My Aged Care or holders of a DVA Gold Card. There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays. Our venue is wheelchair accessible. Transport may also be available for seniors attending Social Support Programs who live locally (subject to availability and eligibility). Prices and dates may be subject to change. Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis. Welcoming participants from Sandringham, Hampton, Brighton, Beaumaris, Black Rock and across Bayside Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
