Above & Below the Sea: Painting & Drawing

Above & Below the Sea is a friendly, inspiring and fun 8-week art course that encourages
students to slow down and reconnect with the natural world. Each week focuses on a
different aspect of the ocean, such as wave patterns, shorelines, coral forms, and marine
life. Each week blends technique with imagination, encouraging expressive mark-making, bold colour choices, and mindful observation.
 
Students will experiment with a variety of art materials, including acrylic paint, soft pastels, oil pastels, pencil and watercolour. This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate students.
 
Art materials and morning tea are provided.

Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis.
There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.
