Expression and Movement for Adults with Disabilities

Our adult All Abilities Expressive Arts program is for everyone, inviting individuals to explore a world of creativity and self-expression. You will be guided by an experienced Dance Movement Therapist who facilitates activities designed to raise spacial and body awareness and enhance communication and interpersonal skills among participants.

Build your confidence and develop new skills in a friendly and encouraging environment. We celebrate what makes each person special and create a space where everyone feels welcome.
 
2026 Term Dates & Costs:
Term 1 | Friday, 23 Jan to 27 March | $350
Term 2 | Friday, 24 April to 26 June | $350
Term 3 | Friday, 17 July to 18 September | $350
Term 4 | Friday, 9 October to 11 December | $350
 
Time: 1pm to 3.30pm
Location: Sandybeach Centre, 2 Sims Street, Sandringham

You're welcome to join at any time during the term and we’re happy to offer free trial classes, just ask! Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis. There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.

  • Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • This class requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum enrolments are not met, the class may be cancelled and a full refund or credit will be offered.

  • We are unable to offer make up classes, transfers or refunds for missed classes.

  • Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis.

  • If you are unable to attend, you agree to notify Sandybeach Centre by phone or email as soon as possible. A non-attendance fee may apply if you do not notify us, to help cover catering, entertainment and event costs.

  • You consent to photographs and videos taken during programs or events being used by Sandybeach Centre for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media and marketing materials.

  • You agree to receive SMS and email communications relating to your booking and relevant Sandybeach Centre programs, events and updates.
