Our adult All Abilities Expressive Arts program is for everyone, inviting individuals to explore a world of creativity and self-expression. You will be guided by an experienced Dance Movement Therapist who facilitates activities designed to raise spacial and body awareness and enhance communication and interpersonal skills among participants.

You're welcome to join at any time during the term and we’re happy to offer free trial classes, just ask! Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis. There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.
