Our class is specifically designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility and mobility, all while working at your own ability level.

You're welcome to join at any time during the term and we’re happy to offer free trial classes, just ask! Enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis. There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays.
