An uplifting dance therapy program designed to support those living with age-related health challenges, including memory support needs and mobility issues. This gentle, rhythm-based session fosters self-expression, connection and joy through movement. No dance experience needed! Afterwards relax with a friendly social afternoon tea.
 
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Carers and support workers attend for free.

You're welcome to join at any time during the term and we’re happy to offer free trial classes, just ask! *Concession-subsidised pricing is available for clients referred by My Aged Care or holders of a DVA Gold Card. There will be no classes on Victorian public holidays. Our venue is wheelchair accessible. Transport may also be available for seniors attending Social Support Programs who live locally (subject to availability and eligibility). Prices and dates may be subject to change.
