An uplifting dance therapy program designed to support those living with age-related health challenges, including memory support needs and mobility issues.
 
This gentle, rhythm-based session fosters self-expression, connection and joy through movement. No dance experience needed! Afterwards relax with a friendly social afternoon tea.
 
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Carers and support workers attend for free. Chat with us about our convenient door to door bus service.
