Connections: Movement and Music for Wellbeing

Connections: Movement and Music for Wellbeing

Join our unique dance therapy program designed to enhance wellbeing for those facing age-related health challenges, including memory loss, mobility issues and chronic illness. All abilities welcome and activities will be adapted to your needs.

This program features simple rhythm-based activities that promote communication,

self-expression and connection with others. After the session, enjoy a social afternoon tea.

We encourage carers and support workers to attend and enjoy the program’s benefits free of charge.

Please wear closed shoes for comfort and safety. Transport may be available.
