As part of Bayside Creatives Month, you're warmly invited to come and experience Movement & Music, an uplifting dance therapy session designed for older adults, including those with memory support needs or mobility challenges.

This gentle, rhythm-based program encourages self-expression, connection and joy through movement, no dance experience needed! After the session, enjoy a relaxed and friendly afternoon tea with fellow participants. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Carers and support workers attend free of charge.
