The Sandybeach Centre is holding a fashion show event on Friday 23rd August, 2019 to showcase the diversity in our

community, to bring the community together in the true spirit of inclusiveness and to parade sustainable and affordable

fashion from local Op Shop’s.

We will be inviting individuals from diverse backgrounds to be models for the event – the young at heart, those with a

disability, those who are socially vulnerable or those who have always been interested in modelling but never had the

opportunity.

This event will be a highlight of our social calendar and an important fundraiser for our community centre. Proceeds from

this event will go towards our ‘Gathering Place’ – a community space that is fully accessible, welcoming and usable by all. This

space will be used to share meals, socialize, meet and form connections. To complete the fit out of this space we require a

further $5,200.
