Come and enjoy a one hour invigorating walk along the lovely local coastal tracks. You will enjoy getting out in the fresh air and this will benefit both your physical and mental health. Yoga (Pauline Brady)
Enjoy a relaxing yoga class in a friendly atmosphere. Be guided through a range
of gentle non-stress postures, stretches, balancing positions, breathing and meditative practices. This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate level participants. BYO rubber mat and blanket.
