Cancellation & Refund policy

Cancellation by Sandybeach Centre
A full refund is made if a course has to be cancelled by Sandybeach Centre.

Fee for Service Courses - Cancellation by the Student

Refund and/or transfer will only be considered if at least 7 days (incl. five working days) notice is given before course commencement date. In these instances an administrative charge of $20 will apply.

  • Notification received by Sandybeach Centre less than 7 days (incl. five working days) of the course commencement date - No refund of fees or transfer of enrolment.
  • Government funded courses - conditions apply,see below.

Government Funded Places - Cancellation by the Student
Refunds for these courses will be in line with government requirements.

  • If a student withdraws,in writing,at any time up until 4 weeks after the scheduled course commencement date,Sandybeach Centre will refund the tuition contribution paid less minimum charge,F - $50 / C - $105 / B - $120,and pro rata any other fees and charges paid.
  • If a student withdraws,in writing,at any time up until 4 weeks after the scheduled course commencement date,for the purpose of taking up a place at another educational institute,Sandybeach Centre will refund the full tuition fee and any other fees and charges. Evidence of enrolment must be provided.
  • If a student withdraws from only part of their enrolment,only the applicable portion of tuition and material fee will be refunded.

Child Care - Cancellation by the Student

  • Refunds will only be provided when minimum 2 weeks advance written notice is provided. Administration charge of $20 applies.

General Conditions For Refunds
Notification of minimum 5 days,where possible,will be given to students enrolled in a course,which is cancelled by Sandybeach Centre. All refunds will be forwarded by cheque.

Payment is required within three working days.
